Estimator

Use the Estimator tab to review and update administrative information about the estimator or customer service representative (CSR) and the inspection.

Most of the information on this tab is automatically added when the estimate is imported. You can manually add, modify, or delete information as needed.

Note: The Estimator tab is available with all RepairCenter licenses except QuickStart.

How to

  1. Open the opportunity or repair order you want to work in.
  2. In the open opportunity or repair order, click the Admin & Vehicle tab, and then click Estimator.
  1. On the Estimator tab, complete at least the required information (identified by a red asterisk).
  2. Add, modify, or delete other information as needed.
  3. Click Update.

Name Use

Current Estimator

Type or select the estimator's name.

Estimator Facility

Type the name of the estimator's facility.

Address

Type the address for the estimator's facility.

City, State

Type the city and two-character state for the estimator's facility.

Country/Zip Code

Type the country and ZIP code for the estimator's facility.

License Number

If the estimator's license number is included in the imported estimate, it appears here (read-only).

Current CSR

Type or select the name of the customer service representative (CSR).

Phones

Type the estimator's phone number and extension. You can add up to two.

Fax

Type the estimator's fax number and extension.

E-mail

Type the estimator's email address.
Name Use

Contact First Name, Last Name

Type the first and last name of the person who performed the inspection.

Address

Type the address for the inspection facility.

City, State

Type the city and two-character state for the inspection facility.

Country/Zip Code

Type the country and ZIP code for the inspection facility.

Inspection Code

Type the four-digit code the inspector assigned.

Description

Type a description for the inspection code.

Phones

Type a phone number and extension for the inspection facility. You can add up to two.

Fax

Type a fax number and extension for the inspection facility.

E-mail

Type an email address for the inspection facility.

Date, Time

Click the arrow to choose the date the inspection occurred.

Type the time the inspection began.
Name Use

Facility Name

Type the name of the local inspection facility.

Address

Type the address for the local inspection facility.

City, State

Type the city and two-character state for the local inspection facility.

Country/Zip Code

Type the first and last name of the point of contact at the inspection facility.

Contact Title, First Name, Last Name

Click the arrow to choose the point of contact's title.

Type the point of contact's first and last name.

E-mail

Type the point of contact's email address.

Phones

Type a phone number and extension for the local inspection facility. You can add up to two.

Fax

Type a fax number and extension for the local inspection facility.

Phone

Type the point of contact's phone number and extension.
