Viewing your Shop Profile
Your shop's profile was created during registration. Using Mitchell Cloud Glass, you can view your shop's profile, but you may or may not be able to modify it, which is dependent on your Insurance Carrier partner(s). Changes to your shop's profile must be made by someone with Glass Shop Administrative credentials.
To view your Shop's Profile
- Click the Administration tab, and then select Profile. The Shop Information page appears.
- Scroll through the sections to see:
- Shop Info (read-only)
- Contact Info (read-only)
- Services
- Tax Info
- If you have made changes to the Services or Tax Info sections, be sure to click Save at the bottom left of the screen.
- To leave the Profile pages, click any other menu option at the top of the page.
