Manage a Repair Order's Web Status
To manage the web status of a repair order, use the Web Status tab in the open repair order. Manage the web status of multiple repair orders by using either the Web Status tab under the Repair Orders tab or the Web Status pane on the Whiteboard tab.
Whenever you update web status information, the customer and insurance company are notified of the new status. View the history of these updates in any of the web status locations under History.
Shops licensed for Production Management can configure RepairCenter to automatically provide notification when a vehicle changes departments.
Note: If Insurance Company is not configured for receiving web status, the insurance company won't receive web status updates for Repair Assignment Jobs. Verify the insurance company Configuration for syncing web status with Carriers.
