Sales Goals Settings

The Sales Goals Settings tab is available with the Premium Analytics module. Premium Analytics is included in the Premiere Package.

This tab allows you to set goals for the company and then display those goals as monthly targets for measuring against your Sales activities.

The Sales Goals Setting tab will help you set your goals based upon the following criterion: Capital Investments, Profit Return Investment Goal, actual sales from last year, operating overhead from last year, number of jobs from last year, and the number of estimates written last year.

ClosedTo set your company's sales goals

  1. Click More , then click Configuration . Select the Analytics tab, then click the Sales Goals tab.
  2. The tab consists of five steps in which you add known information about your shop and the cost to do business.
  3. To move from step to step, click Next located in the bottom right of the window. To go back a step, click Previous.
  4. When the appropriate information has been added for all steps, click Update.
  5. Click Print Preview to preview a report of the results of the Goals calculations.
  6. Optional: Select the Print Summary Only check box.
  7. If you wish to print the report, click in the upper left corner of the preview window.

These goals are displayed in the Analytics Tab Sales Performance to indicate how you are performing real-time against the goals you set.
