Delete or Cancel an Opportunity

There are two key differences between a deleted opportunity and a canceled opportunity.

A deleted opportunity A canceled opportunity

Is deleted from RepairCenter.

Remains in RepairCenter and can be reactivated.

Is removed from the batting averageClosed Captured jobs versus lost opportunities..

Remains in the batting averageClosed Captured jobs versus lost opportunities..

RepairCenter automatically deletes opportunities after a fixed amount of time. You can manually delete or cancel them.

How to

  1. On the toolbar, click Jobs, then click List View.
  2. On the List View tab, right-click the opportunity, and then click Delete.
  3. In the confirmation message, click Yes.
