Market Survey Valuation Report

The Market Survey Valuation Report is a non-automated compilation of comparable vehicles that are adjusted to the likeness of the loss vehicle using Mitchell comparable vehicle methodology. This report reflects the fair market value of the loss vehicle.  Comparable vehicles are found through market research by vehicle researchers in Mitchell’s Total Loss Service Center using the same comparable vehicle sources as WorkCenter™ Total Loss instant valuations.  The Market Survey Valuation Report is generated when WorkCenter™ Total Loss cannot generate an instant comparable vehicle valuation report and mitigates the use of Dealer Quote Valuations.  Unlike Dealer Quote Valuations, the Market Survey Valuation Report format closely resembles an instant comparable valuation report and all information in the report is easily verifiable.
