Odometer Statement
The Odometer Statement is a document from the Department of Motor Vehicles of the state where the vehicle is registered. The document includes a description of the vehicle, the name and address of the owner, and the current odometer reading, and is to be signed and dated by the vehicle owner. The form is listed under Documents in the navigation pane.
How to
Print the Form
- On the navigation pane under Documents, click Settlement Form.
- From the Document window, click the print icon
and then click Print.
Save the Form
- From the Document window, click the save icon
. - Choose a location, and then click Save.
