If after completing a review or reinspection you identify record leakage within the audit and the questionnaire is closed, you can perform a supplement to yourself.
How to

For the estimate you need to supplement, click Supplement to Self.

Complete the revisions that were identified during the audit.

After revisions are made use standard comments to close the supplement.
