Find a Repair Order

Use criteria such as customer last name or license plate number to find a repair order on the Whiteboard tab.

How to

  1. On the toolbar, click Jobs, then click Whiteboard.
  2. On the Whiteboard tab, click Search.
  3. In the Search dialog box, click a Search by option.
  4. In the box to the right of the Search by options, type a search term (you can use an asterisk as a wild card).
  • To include in your search results repair orders in other shops, select the Search across all Shops check box.
  1. Click Search. A list of repair orders that match your criteria appears.

  2. Click to select the appropriate repair order, and then click Get It. The dialog box closes and the Whiteboard tab displays only the found repair order.
