Shop Setup – The Required Fields Tab
Use the Required Fields tab to specify which fields must be completed when an opportunity is converted into a repair order.
Note: Fields not specified as required are still available during the conversion process, but are optional.
How to

- On the toolbar, click the More menu list at the top right; then select Configuration.
- Click the Required Fields tab.
- On the Required Fields tab, select the Force Marketing upon Importing Jobs check box.
- To associate an agent with the insurance company, select the Associate Agents with Insurance Companies check box.
