Process Sublets
Use the Sublet tab to show all operations marked as sublet in the estimate, either as a part or as a labor operation. All sublets are processed in this tab unless converted to parts or labor.
How to

Sublets can be created in several ways:
- In the Parts tab, highlight the part line, right-click, select Change Part Type, and select Sublet.
- In the Parts tab, click the Add Part button, then select Sublet from the Category list.
- From the Repair Lines tab, highlight the line, click the Convert Line button, then choose Sublet from the Category list.
From the Sublet tab, you can schedule work to create a PO, complete work, or post the invoicing information when you receive an invoice from a vendor. Any difference in the Vnd List versus the Estimate amounts will prompt a part price indicator on the Whiteboard. At that point, you can send the information back to the estimating system for adjustment.

- Access the Sublet tab on the Whiteboard by highlighting the RO line, then clicking the Sublet link in the preview pane in the bottom section of the tab.
Or, double-click the RO to open it from the bottom section of the Whiteboard, then click the Sublet tab. - Highlight the sublet line in the displayed list.
- Double-click the Vnd List column to enter the vendor list amount.
- Double-click the Cost column to enter the cost.
- In the bottom section of the tab, in the Purchase Order area, select the Vendor name from the list.
- Enter the Invoice #.
- Confirm or enter the Post Date in the calendar.
- If you are posting only one line and have pre-paid the vendor, select the check box in the P (Paid Vendor) column.
If you are receiving multiple lines, clear the Send to Payables check box in this bottom section. - Click the Post button in the Purchase Order area at the bottom of the screen.. Once the sublet item has been posted, it cannot be changed. You can, however, void a posted sublet item and re-post as needed.

- Access the Sublet tab from the Whiteboard by highlighting the RO line, then click the Sublet link in the preview pane in the bottom section of the tab.
Or, from the bottom section of the Whiteboard, double-click the RO to open it; then click the Sublet tab. - Click the Posted Sublet tab.
- Highlight the posted invoice, then click the Void button in the lower left section of the tab.
- Make any necessary changes to the sublet item and re-post it.

- Access the Sublet tab from the Whiteboard by highlighting the RO line, then by clicking Sublet in the preview pane in the bottom section of the tab.
Or, from the bottom section of the Whiteboard, double-click the RO to open it; then click the Sublet tab. - Highlight the sublet item in the displayed list.
- Select the vendor by double-clicking on the line in the Vendor column. Select a vendor from the list.
- To enter a scheduled date, click the Scheduled column. Use the up/down arrows to change the date.
Or, double-click the Scheduled column to open a calendar from which you can choose a date. - When you enter the date, notice the Status also changes to Scheduled. You can double-click in this area of the highlighted line to obtain a list of status choices, if needed.
- The Print button is now enabled in the Purchase Ordersection at the bottom of the tab; you can print the PO if required.
