Mitchell’s Technical Assistance Center is open during business hours. You can contact Mitchell support by telephone, e-mail, or on the Web.

Before contacting Mitchell's Technical Assistance Center:

  • Visit the Enlyte Portal for access to product support and training materials.
  • Check the Knowledge Base to troubleshoot common issues.
  • Check your equipment (cables, power, etc.).
  • Write down the action(s) taken just before the problem occurred and any user assist message(s) that may have appeared.
