Manage Your Tasks

1. On the Job Overview page, click the Tasks tab.

2. Scroll down to view your tasks.

1. On the Task tab in the Job Overview page, review the Task, and then click Mark Complete.

   

2. Enter notes in the Comments box as needed, and then click Save & Send.

   

1. On the Tasks list from the Job Overview page, click on the Task you want to cancel.

   

2. Click Cancel Task.
3. Inform the insurance company why the task is cancelled by typing a reason for cancellation in the Cancel Task window, and then click Save & Send.

   

You can assign existing tasks sent from the insurance company to a specific user in your business partner organization and allow that user to see a list of tasks assigned to them.

1. On the Estimate Card, Repair Assignment Card, or from the Tasks list, click
2. Click Assign To.
3. In the Assign To window, select the user you want to assign the task to, and then click Assign.

Tip: If you need to reassign the task, follow the same steps as above and select a new user.

Some users can create a Follow-Up Task as a reminder to complete work on an existing Task created by an insurance company.

Tip: Assign the existing Task prior to creating a Follow-Up Task. The Follow-Up Task is automatically assigned to the owner of the existing Task.

1. On the My Tasks page, click the Task for which you want to create a Follow-Up task.

2. On the Estimate Card, Repair Assignment Card, or from the Tasks list, click
3. Click Add Follow-Up. The Add Follow-Up window appears.
4. Click the calendar under Due Date and select a Follow-Up task due date.
5. Enter notes in the Notes field as needed, and then click Done.
