Assignment Questionnaires

Insurance companies can track additional data elements specific to their workflows and receive those responses from your shop using online questionnaires which you can access directly from the Estimate card.

Note: This feature is not available to all users. Check the insurance company's workflow guide to determine if you should have access to this feature.

How to

  1. Click Questionnaire in the top right section of the Estimate card.

  2. Click Questionnaire next to the desired assignment type (e.g. Supplement Assignment or Appraisal Assignment).

  3. Review the questions, and select the answers for each question in the list.
  4. Click Save.
