Sign on to CMS and eInvoice

Some users have the option of accessing Claims Management System (CMS) and eInvoice directly from Mitchell Connect. This single sign on feature allows you to access the related job for both eInvoice and Claims Management System.

Note: This feature only available to some users with access to eInvoice and Claims Managements System (CMS).

How to

  1. Open the desired job.
  2. On the Job Overview page, the job header shows a link to the Claims Management System. Click the link. The Claims Management System opens the related claim in a new window.

  2. On the Job Overview page, the job header shows a link to the eInvoice. Click the link. eInvoice opens the related job in a new window.

Note: Access to the eInvoice link can also be controlled within an organization by selecting the eInvoice check box on the Settings page in Mitchell Connect.
