Customize Columns

Some column headings are abbreviated. Point to the heading to see a full name or description of the column contents.

Adjust the width by positioning your cursor on the vertical line between two columns until you see this symbol: .  Drag the line to the right or the left, as needed.

Position the cursor on a column label and drag it left or right to the desired location.

Information on the Whiteboard is displayed in order by RO number. Click a different column heading to sort the Whiteboard information by that column.

For example, to sort by customer last name, click the Last Name column heading to arrange the Repair Orders by last names, alphabetically, in ascending order (from a to z). Click the same column heading again to reverse the sort to descending order (z to a).

1. Right-click anywhere in the Repair Order list.
2. Click Reset Column Settings.
