Find an Opportunity

Use criteria such as customer last name or license plate number to find an opportunity on the List View tab.

How to

  1. On the toolbar, click Jobs, then click List View.
  2. On the List View tab, click Search.
  3. In the Search Opportunities dialog box, in the Search by list, click the appropriate search criteria.
  4. In the box to the right of the Search by list, type the search term (you can use an asterisk as a wild card).
  • To include cancelled opportunities in your search results, select the Include Canceled Opportunities check box.
  1. Click Search. A list of opportunities that match your criteria appears.

  2. Click to select the appropriate opportunity, and then click Get It. The selected opportunity opens to the Overview tab.
