Parts Management
Use the Parts tab to access the Parts Management module. The Parts tab is visible if you have the Parts Management module licensed. The Parts Management module is included in the Essentials, Professional, and Premiere packages. Refer to the Configurations > Application Access > Licensing tab to see which modules your shop currently has licensed.
How to
Access the Parts Tab
- Access the Parts Management module screens from within an open Repair Order (RO).
- Click on the Parts tab in the row of tabs at the top of the RO screen.

You can perform the following actions from the Parts Management screen in the open Repair Order:
- Order parts
- Receive parts
- Return parts
- Track, post, or void credits
- View invoices for the selected RO
