Lookup Tables

Use Lookup Tables to enable a single estimate profile to replace multiple estimate profiles, e.g.,Types of Vehicles, States/Provinces, Types of Users, Vehicle Makes, Odometer Reading, and Vehicle Age.

How to

  1. On the Manage menu, press or tap Lookup Tables.

  2. Enter search criteria in the Search Tables search box. As you type, tables matching your criteria display.

    NOTE: You can search by Table Name, Description, Profile Type, Profile Field, Updated By, or Created By criteria.

 

  1. Press or tap the option menu () at the end of the table row.

  2. Press or tap Edit.

 

  1. On the Lookup Tables page, press or tap Add Lookup Table.

  2. Add your Table Information, Table Layout, and Table Values.

  3. Press or tap Save & Finish.

 

  1. From the New Lookup Table, Table Values page, press or tap Import Table.

  2. Choose the .xls or .xlsx file you want to import.

  3. Press or tap Open.

 

  1. From the New Lookup Table, Table Values page, press or tap Export Table.

  2. Press or tap Open file in the Downloads option box to view the file.

 

  1. Press or tap the option menu () at the end of the table row.

  2. Press or tap Delete.
