Searching for Claims

Using the Search menu, you can easily find specific claims. You can also create custom Claims Lists, which provide a comprehensive view of claims from across multiple WorkCenter programs.

Claim/Policy

The Claim number (including any additional identifying number) and/or the policy number.

Responsibility

Use these filters to search for estimates assigned to a specific adjuster or office. Click to open the Resource Lookup window.

Insured/Claimant/Owner

The last name and phone number of the insured, claimant,or owner. Select the Search on Partial Last Name check box if you are not sure of the name or its spelling.

Vehicle Info

The VIN and licence plate number of the vehicle in the claim. Select the Search on Partial VIN check box to decode an incomplete VIN.

Loss Date

Claim Created Date

Use these filters to search for estimates based on the loss date or the date the claim was created. Click to use the calendar window to enter a date.

With Estimates

Use these filters to search for estimates based on the source, the status, and/or the estimate gross dollar amount.

When filtering by Source, select the check box to select the source type, and then click to open the Resource Lookup window and select the resources.

You can choose from various Status and Compliance Result options.

Saves the new Claims List view. The new claims list appears as a new tab at the top of the filter window.

Opens the Configure Columns window.

Resets to the default filter settings, removing any settings you have made.

Refreshes the window to display the latest changes.
