Search Profiles

Use the Profile Search to search across all profile types (e.g. Compliance, Parts, Estimate) in WorkCenter.

How to

You can search across all profile types (Compliance, Parts, Estimate, etc.). To search for a specific profile type, choose a Profile Type before searching.

  1. On the Search menu in the navigation bar, select Profiles.

  2. Enter the desired search criteria.

    Note: To return all records, leave all criteria blank.

  3. Select Search to view the Search Results list.

  4. Select the desired profile from the Search Results list to open it.

The Search Results list shows all profiles matching your search criteria. Results are sorted by Profile Name (A-Z) by default, but you can sort by any column in ascending or descending order.

To sort the list:

  1. Select a column name to sort the list by the values in that column.

  2. A next to the column name means the list sorted in ascending order. A means it is sorted in descending order. Select the column header again to switch between the two sorting options.

Name Description
Profile Type Select the type of profile (Estimate, Compliance, etc.) from the list.
Profile Name Enter the full or partial name of the desired profile (not case-sensitive).
Rule Set

The list of rules associated with the profile.
Last Updated: Start Enter the start date of the range in (MM/DD/YYYY), or click the to select the date.
Last Updated: End

Enter the end date of the range in (MM/DD/YYYY), or click the to select the date.
Region If available, select the region the appraiser associated with the profile is assigned to.
Office Enter the name of the appraiser's office.
Division If available, select the division of the company the appraiser works for.
Users If available, select the appraiser from the users list.
