Use Resource Lookup to Select a Resource

Use the Resource Lookup to assign work to a resource during the claims process. Use Resource Lookup to assign resources such as:

  • Adjusters

  • Reviewers

  • Appraisers

The Resource Lookup will be available whenever you need to assign work.

How to

Use one of the following methods to open the Resource Lookup window, depending on the specific task and workflow:

  • Select Choose Resource.

  • Select Resource Lookup.

  • Select .

  1. In the Resource Lookup window, select the Search tab.

  2. Select a Resource Type.

  3. Optionally, enter any other desired search criteria.

  4. Select Search.

  5. Select the desired resource from the Search Results list.

  6. Click Select.

Note: Resource Type is the only search criteria that is required, but you can add more search criteria to narrow results.

  1. In the Resource Lookup window, select the Browse tab.

  2. Select a Company, Region, Division, and Office from the appropriate lists.

  3. Select the desired resource from the Search Results list.

  4. Click Select.

To access the favorites list:

  1. In the Resource Lookup window, select the Favorite tab.

  2. Select the desired resource from the list.

  3. Click Select.
