Use Mitchell Cloud Repair to help manage the repair process in your repair facility:

  • Track the repair process with production management tools.

  • Sync accounting sales data with QuickBooks Online.

  • Manage repairs & order parts from any major estimating system.

  • View sale information for completed repair orders in the Closed Repair Order list.

  • Includes all ShopPak for Mitchell Cloud functionality.

How to

  1. Set Starting Repair Order Number.

  2. Set Parts and Labor Scrubbers:

  • Set the Parts Scrubber to reclassify parts that are classified differently in your estimating program than you want them to be in Mitchell Cloud Repair (optional if available).

  • Set the Labor Scrubber to reclassify common labor procedures that are classified differently in your estimating program than you want to have them in Mitchell Cloud Repair (optional if available).

  1. Set Preferences and Disclaimer Text: Add disclaimer text that appears at the bottom your repair documents.

  2. Set Department Configuration.

  3. Configure Accounting System Settings: Mapping Profit Centers creates permanent changes to your accounting software that are irreversible. If you are unsure of any part of the mapping process for setting up Profit Centers, please reach out to the Mitchell Collision Installation Team (CIT).

  4. Configure EMS Path for Importing and Exporting Estimates.

  5. Set up and use Parts Providers (if third-party providers are available).

  6. Set up OEC Collision link (if OEC is available).

  7. Manage Parts Suppliers in Mitchell Cloud Repair.

  1. Manage Opportunities and Repair Orders.

  2. Set Job Dates on a Repair Order.

  3. Order Parts and Generate Parts List.

  4. Order Parts with OEC.

  5. Use the Parts Scrubber to reclassify parts that are classified differently in your estimating program than you want them to be in Mitchell Cloud Repair (optional if available).

  1. Use the Production List to view the department a vehicle is located in throughout the repair process.

  2. Manage Accounting using the Account List page to transfer sales information for completed repair orders to your accounting system.

  3. Generate Repair Documents like Repair Order, Work Order, and Final Bill.

  1. Import Estimate Revisions to a Repair Order (as needed).

  2. View Closed Repair Order Reports .
