Set Due in Date and Estimated Completion Date

Use the Due in Date and Estimated Completion Date (ECD) to inform the insurance company that the vehicle is in shop (or when you expect it to be) and when you expect to complete the job.

How to

  1. On the Job Overview page, click Set Repair Status or the current repair status on the Repair Status card.

  1. On the Repair Status page, click Set Date under Due In, and then select the date in the calendar. The date defaults to today. To select a different date, click the date again and select a new one in the calendar.

  2. On the Repair Status page, click Set Date under Estimate Completion Date. The date defaults to today. To select a different date, click the date again and select a new one in the calendar.

  3. Click Send Status.

Modify the Estimated Completion Date and inform the insurance company of the change.

  1. On the Job Overview page, click the repair status on the Repair Status card.

  2. On the Repair Status page, click the date under Due In, and then select the date in the calendar.

  1. On the Repair Status page, click the date under Estimate Completion Date, and then select the date in the calendar.

  1. Click Send Status.
