View Assignment Details

You can view and print appraisal and supplement assignment details as a PDF to view and print. The insurance company may use annotations to make note of corrections or other changes. View those changes on the Assignment Details window. Changes are shown in red.

1. From the Job Overview page, click the menu icon on the Estimate or Repair Assignment card.
2. Select View Details.

   

3. In the Assignment Details window, review the annotations.

   

4. Click Print to print the changes or Close to close the window.

5. On the Job Overview card, click the Messages tab to view your annotation.

Note: Uploading an estimate fulfills the requirements of an appraisal assignment. Only once an appraisal assignment has been completed can the insurance company send you a supplement assignment. Typically the supplement assignment indicates that some change is required on the estimate. If there are notes or instructions from the insurance company, they’ll be available on the Estimate Card on the Job Overview page.

Some users (e.g. Staff Appraisers) may have the option of viewing assignments (jobs) from the Tasks list instead of the Jobs list. Assignments in the Task list open the Job Overview page.

1. Click Tasks in the navigation pane.
2. Select one of the following in the navigation pane:

• All Open: All open Tasks.
• Today: Tasks opened today.
• This Week: Tasks opened this week.
• New: Tasks created but not yet opened or modified.
• In Progress: Tasks in progress.
• Completed/Canceled: Tasks labeled completed or canceled.

  

3. Click the assignment in the Tasks list or click Jobs on the navigation pane to return to the My Jobs page.

   

The text above the Estimate card shows the most recent assignments from the insurance company.
