Forgot Password

Use the Log In dialog box to reset forgotten passwords or change your password.

Note: To use the Forgot Password and Change Password options, the user's email address must be entered in the email address field in the Employee Setup - Contact Information tab.

How to

  1. At the RepairCenter Log In dialog box, click Forgot password.
  2. A new dialog box appears.
  3. Enter your Username OR your email address, and then click Reset Password.
  4. An e-mail will be sent to you with instructions for resetting your password.
  1. At the RepairCenter Log In dialog box, click Change password.
  2. The Password Reset dialog box appears.
  3. Enter your Username and your Old Password.
  4. Enter your New Password, and then enter it again in the Confirm New field.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Log in to RepairCenter using your new password.
