Third Party

Use the Third Party tab to configure the path to the print images of estimates created in third party estimating programs.

How to

  1. On the toolbar, click the More menu list at the top right; then select Configuration.
  2. Click the File Directories tab, and then click Third Party.
  3. Click Select Directory.

  4. In the Select Folder dialog box, click the arrow to select a network drive.

    Note: If multiple people use the estimating program, be sure to select a shared network drive.

  5. Click OK. The dialog box closes and the path appears.

  6. To automatically delete print images from the directory after they're sent to the insurance company, select the Delete print image after sending it to a Carrier check box.

    Note: Deleting print images saves space and minimizes performance issues.

  7. Click Update to save your work.
