Opportunity – Admin Tab
Use the Admin & Vehicle tab to access the following tabs in an open opportunity:
Admin tab
Use the Admin tab to create a new opportunity and to review and update administrative information about the vehicle, insurance, and people related to an opportunity or repair order.
Estimator tab
Use the Estimator tab to review and update administrative information about the estimator or customer service representative (CSR) and the inspection.
Some of the information on these tabs is automatically added when you receive or merge an assignment.
