Electronic Parts Ordering Setup

Three of RepairCenter's licensable modules provide the ability to order your parts electronically. You can connect with the following:

  • OEConnection - OEConnection has a product called Collision Link which allows you to electronically order parts from dealerships that are on the Collision Link network.
  • ADP Dealerships - If your body shop is an ADP Dealership Management System, you can order parts through a special licensable interface.
  • Reynolds & Reynolds Dealerships - If your body shop is using Reynolds & Reynolds, you can order parts through a special licensable interface.

ClosedTo set up OE connection for ordering parts

  1. Click Configuration . Select the Parts tab. The General subtab is open by default.
  2. Select the Use OEConnection check box.
  3. Enter the appropriate information:
  • Server URL
  • SOAP URL.
  • Username
  • Password
  1. Click Update.

ClosedTo set up DMS (ADP and Reynolds & Reynolds) for ordering parts

Note: You must have permission to add new vendors.

  1. Click Configuration . Select the Parts tab, and then the Vendors tab.
  2. Click New. If the dealership name that you are connected to via the interface is listed, skip to step 4 below.
  3. Enter the appropriate information in the Name, Address, Contact, Summary, and Order Profile tabs.
  4. For the dealership, select the Primary DMS Vendor check box. Note: There can only be one Primary DMS Vendor per shop.
  5. Click Update.
