Viewing and Using OEM Bulletins

OEM Bulletins include Recalls and Technical Service Bulletins (TSB's). These articles are available from the topic list for a New Vehicle and from the Topic Selection list for the currently selected vehicle.

How to

  1. Select a vehicle using Favorites or History lists; or, search for a vehicle using the New Vehicle tab.
  2. Browse the Topic Selection list for OEM Bulletins.
  3. Click Recalls in the Recall column.
  4. Click the desired recall category that appears in the column on the right.

  2. Browse the Topic Selection list for OEM Bulletins.
  3. Click Technical Service Bulletins (TSB).
  4. Click the desired Technical Service Bulletin that appears in the column on the right.
  5. Do one of the following:
  • Select Additional Filters (optional), and click to limit your search. Filtered articles appear at the bottom of the page.
  • Select a TSB article from the list. Click a TSB article title to view the article.
  • Clear All Filters to clear selected filters and view all available articles for the selected TSB category.
